Job Title:  Assistant Manager - Sales Support

Job Description

This role is to support the sales and business development for the North America region for the GDS market. The individual will be required to independently drive the requirements with complete accountability being based in India.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Support in achieving budgeted sales for North America
  • Support Business development initiatives for the region.
  • Regularly interact with Customers, Agents, Distributors and internal stake holders.
  • Business development activities and updates, tracking sales, export data, sample arrangement and collection.
  • Regular interactions with Legal, Production, QA, QC, Logistics, Licensing & Intellectual property team based on customer requirements.
  • Purchase order entries, CRM and database management.
  • Attending and Co-ordinating customer Audit/ Visits.

Job Requirements: -

Must Haves: -

  • BSc/ B.Pharma/ BE/ B. Tech with MBA/ PGDM, BSc (Chemistry) / B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) or higher will be preferred
  • 5+ years of sales & business development experience in pharmaceutical API company in US or sales support experience in other regions like US or EU.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and execution excellence
  • Effective communicator with experience in managing global client relationships
  • High ownership with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
